Take I-93 North
to Exit 37B, I-95 Route 128 South. Take Exit 34 off Route
128-95 South (Winn St., Burlington, Woburn). Turn right onto
Winn St. and follow all the way to the end, 1.5 miles (staying
to the right). At the set of lights at the end of Winn St.,
turn right onto Route 3A (Boston Road). Go 3.7 miles to Applied
Analysis, 630 Boston Road, Suite 201, Billerica, MA. We are
located on the right, just beyond the intersection of Boston
Rd, and Webb Brook/Wyman Road.

From Hanscom AFB, take 128/95 North to Exit 33B, Route 3A North. Follow Route 3A North for approximately 5.3 miles. A large shopping plaza and 99 restaurant are on the right, before Webb Brook/Wyman Road. AAI is located on the right, just beyond the intersection of Boston Road and Webb Brook/Wyman Road. AAI is on the top floor of a brick office building across the street from Augusta's sub shop and Griggs Farm. Century 21 is also in our building. |

to AAI from the Lexington, Bedford area
From the Lexington-Bedford
area, take Middlesex Turnpike to the 99 Restaurant and turn
right onto Lexington Road. Go straight approximately 6/10 of
a mile and turn right onto School House Lane. At the stop sign
stay to the left and follow Wyman Road for about 2/10 of a mile
to the set of lights. Turn left onto Route 3A and turn right
into the first driveway. We are located upstairs, on the second
floor.

from Logan Airport
Follow signs
at airport exit to Route 1A-S/93N through the Sumner Tunnel
into Boston. $3.00 toll at Sumner Tunnel. At end of the Sumner
tunnel, there will be 2 access tunnels, take left access tunnel
to 93N. Proceed north on I-93 for 11 miles to Exit 37B, I-95
Route 128 South. Take Exit 34 off Route 128-95 South (Winn
St., Burlington, Woburn). Turn right onto Winn St. and follow
all the way to the end, 1.5 miles (staying to the right).
At the set of lights at the end of Winn St., turn right onto

Out of AAI's parking
lot, take a left onto Boston Road, Route 3A South. Proceed 3.7
miles and turn left onto Winn Street. Go approximately 1.5 miles
and take the exit ramp onto 128-95 North. Proceed on 128-95
North to Interstate 93 South. Proceed on 93 South for 11 miles
to the Sumner Tunnel exit. Go through the Sumner Tunnel into
Logan Airport.

From the north,
Route 3 South to Exit 27 (Concord Road). Take a right onto Concord
Road and follow for approximately 1 mile. At the fork (Sweeney’s
Funeral Home on right) stay to the right and go up to the set
of lights (2/10 mile). Turn right onto Route 3A and follow for
approximately 1.1 miles; AAI is on the left, next to Ronnie's
Meineke Automotive.

to AAI from Manchester Airport, NH
Exit airport and
take Brown Ave north to the I-293 NORTH/RT-101 WEST (under the
overpass, left at the light). Take Route 293 North to the F.E.
Everett Turnpike Southbound
($ 0.75 toll will be required after you're on this highway.)
Stay on this multi-lane highway all the way through Nashua,
NH (road name changes to Route 3) and into Massachusetts to
Exit 27 (Concord Road), which is south of I-495. At Exit 27,
take a right onto Concord Road and follow for approximately
1 mile. At the fork where the road bends left (just past Sweeney’s
Funeral Home on right) stay to the right and take this one way
street up to the set of lights (2/10 mile). Turn right onto
Route 3A (South)/Boston Road and follow for approximately 1.1
miles; AAI is in a brick building on the left, next to Ronnie's
Meineke Automotive.

Directions from AAI to Manchester Airport,
NH
Depart AAI and turn right onto Route 3A/Boston Road North and
remain on this road to the Billerica Oval. Take a left
around the oval then get into the right lane as you pass the
church and library on the oval, which is Concord Road. Take
Concord Rd for about a mile and look for the Route 3 North sign,
turn right to take ramp onto Route 3 North. Travel north
past the Nashua, NH exits and continue along the F.E. Everett
Turnpike (Rt 3) North through the toll booth (75 cents).
Take the exit at Interstate 293 South/Route101 East to Exit
2 (Brown Ave). At the bottom of the ramp, take a right
and follow Brown Ave south for approximately one mile straight
into the airport, just follow
the airport signs. |
